Right of Withdrawal
The customer, in compliance with the Decree. 206/05, may exercise the right of withdrawal in the manner and in the following terms:
- Within 10 working days of delivery, by notice in writing (which may be advanced by phone) and sending the goods (at the same time for 10 days lav.)
The returned product must be returned new, original packaging intact, Ciaocaffè reserves, insidacabilmente, to withhold a portion corresponding to the value of the damage caused to the product or packaging.

The return shipment must be made within ten working days of receipt of goods and can be through any carrier / courier / shipping company of the customer's choice.
